Soft washing on the other hand uses a mix of chemicals and soaps and low pressure to kill all of the moss and algae. Soft washing’s low pressure allows for a safer clean.

Generally when you get any of the 3 forms of the the cost remains the same. For a power wash, the costs range between 0.20-0.40 dollars per sqft or about 25-100 dollars an hour. Depending on the size of your house sometimes you can get a flat rate of 100-200 dollars.

You should expect to pay from 100 to 2000+ dollars depending on what you need and the size of your home.
